The company is led by Orlando Garza, a marketing professional whose career spans television, radio, print, and digital advertising. Over the years, he has worked with businesses and organizations on marketing campaigns across both English and Spanish-language media, giving him a strong understanding of how to connect with the right audience and create lasting impressions.

Orlando also serves as a Corporate Relations Manager with The Salvation Army in San Antonio, where he works closely with corporate partners, community leaders, and nonprofit initiatives. Through this role, he has helped develop sponsorships, events, and outreach efforts that support families, veterans, and individuals in need. That experience brings a unique perspective to Best Rate Promos, especially when working with nonprofits, community events, and mission-driven organizations.

Best Rate Promos grew out of Best Rate Media, which Orlando built from hands-on experience in the printing industry. What started with commercial printing expanded into screen printing, embroidery, and a full range of promotional products. That growth was driven by a simple idea: clients shouldn’t have to juggle multiple vendors to get quality work done right.

In addition to his marketing and nonprofit work, Orlando is a proud United States Marine. That experience shaped his approach to business with a strong focus on discipline, reliability, and follow-through, while reinforcing a deep commitment to service and community.
